Oscar, founder of PowerBox Technology, has over a decade of experience in the Renewable Energy Industry. He started as a key hire at a successful Energy SaaS startup, contributing to its technological development. He then became a senior Data Scientist at a global Grid Scale Energy Storage company, gaining expertise in energy systems and data analysis. Drawing from his background and upbringing in Latin America, Oscar created PowerBox to tackle global energy resiliency challenges, aiming to improve energy security for factories worldwide.

Magnus Andersson is the fractional Chief Operating Officer of PowerBox Technology, bringing 20+ years of experience in operations, organizational leadership, and business development for deep-tech focused ventures. At PowerBox, he provides strategic oversight of project planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
Dr. Santiago Núñez-Corrales
Technical Advisor
Santiago Núñez is a Technical Advisor to PowerBox Technology and a Lead Researcher at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He brings advanced expertise in computational technologies and computational methods for system modeling and optimization. At PowerBox, Santiago provides high-level technical guidance, supporting the design framework and scalability strategy of the PowerBlock system from a software engineering perspective.
